"It is a great flat. It is light and airy, being up on the third floor and with large windows facing directly south from the living room. It's pretty quiet and peaceful, whilst also being only about 100 metres from Queens Road Peckham station. It is cheap to heat, and conversely in summer you can leave the windows and patio doors open to keep it cool.

Over the years I have completely renovated the kitchen and both bathrooms. Engineered hardwood flooring has been put in throughout the common areas as well as one of the bedrooms. There are custom fixtures such as bespoke curtains, and hand-crafted desk and fitted shelves in one of the cupboards. It has been repainted throughout.

The balcony is big enough to enjoy and spend time on, as well as to keep plants on (I am especially pleased with the Hydrangea which grows bigger every year :))

It is a very solid, well-located, reliable and affordable flat. I will be sad to leave it but after 12 years here I am leaving London to move up north."
